Meet Mr Pickles!
Mr Pickles is an African Grey Parrot, who is currently 9 years old but could live up to 80. He comes to work every day at the cafe, if he chooses. If you visit, why not come and say Hi or even have a "bob" with him!
He is located at the rear of the cafe overlooking the sea. He knows around 200 words and sounds, this growing by the day. He is happy to whistle
" Oh I do like to be beside the seaside" and the Mission Impossible theme tune! amongst others.
African Grey Parrots are currently on the Endangered Species List, mostly due to poaching from the wild.
